Our core business over the last 17 years has been office fit out. We have worked for many large organisations and completed fit outs ranging from small kitchenettes to multiple floors of multi storey buildings.
We have extensive experience in the CBD having refurbished floors in all the main buildings such as 55, 80, 120, and 333 Collins Street. Extensive works at 121 Exhibition Street. Continuing works on the Treasury Reserve. Numerous refurbishments at 1 Spring Street and 8 Nicholson Street just to name a few.
We don't consider any job to be too small. What we aspire to do is foster a relationship and that means helping our clients at any level.

As GWS has grown we have noticed an increase in the demand for design and construct, particularly in the private sector. We refer to this service as 'turn key' because basically at the end of the project we hand over the keys and you simply unlock the door and commence business.
The process starts with a brief from the client which we then bring to life. You only need to deal with one project manager rather than a raft of different trades and services. We'll manage all the necessary components of the design and construction phases, including all the necessary permits and applications. All you'll need to do is provide the relevant approvals at the various stages of the project. You can be as hands on or as hands off as you choose.
We specialise in the refurbishment of an existing floor/s or premises where there is a shell that requires demolition and re-fit. We can design and construct the fit-out or if civil construction is required we can manage that also. We are happy to help with any combination of the aforementioned services.

Although GWS started in 1998, we have been involved in the industry for 35 years. During the journey we have formed relationships with suppliers and subcontractors who have the same values and principles as we do.
GWS has been fortunate enough to form strategic alliances and partner with a select few whose product or service fits with our ideology. It is via these relationships that we can provide your organisation with bespoke joinery, workstation solutions, furniture, task chairs, seating, electronic whiteboards, appliances, carpet, storage, shelving and basically anything associated with an office environment.
